Hello, my name is Megan and I am 12 years old. My best friend, Shannon Gibson, and I have organisted a number of events (with a little help from my 7 year old brother Jonjo). These events are in memory of my Nanny and my charity work has helped me a lot when I have been sad. The money that is raised will be donated to The Ellenor Lions Hospice. We chose this charity because of the Shining Lights part of the hospice which is for the children. 50% of the amount raised will help fund a Nursery Nurse. We want to do this because my Nanny worked with children for lots of years. The other 50% will be given to the main hospice and we hope that this might help some elses Nanny.
